Wat er nieuw is in WOS Assistant.
Alliance and Alliance Registry are one section
- The sidebar now has a single Alliance entry. Everything for your alliance sits under it in tabs: Overview, Events, Members, Roster & codes, Stats, Strategies, Discord and Settings. On a phone the tab bar scrolls sideways.
- Overview shows your registry's recent events, attendance and no-shows. Events keeps the Bear Trap, Crazy Joe and other per-type tabs. Roster & codes is the gift-code bulk redeem, Discord holds your linked servers and reminders, and the co-manager card moved to Settings.
- Old links keep working: Alliance Registry pages keep their addresses, and /alliance/registry now opens the Overview tab. Tabs your plan doesn't include show what they offer instead.
Reminders: Arena + custom
- The Discord reminders form on the Alliance page has an Arena preset and a Custom option: give the reminder any title (Rally, Pet Adventure…) and your own lead times. /reminder preset in Discord offers Arena too.
Strategy posts are copy-ready
- Strategies posted on Discord (automatically or with /strategy) no longer start with a “📋 Event — Day N strategy” banner: each message is just your text, so it can be copied straight into the in-game chat. If the subscription pings a role, the ping goes out as its own short message first.
Crazy Joe strategies per weekday
- Crazy Joe runs on Tuesday and Thursday, so its strategy editor now has a General tab plus a Tuesday tab and a Thursday tab. Each day posts its own text, and a day you leave empty posts the General text. Your existing Crazy Joe strategy stays as the General text and keeps posting on both days.
- Posts are titled by weekday ("Crazy Joe — Tuesday strategy"). With a post lead, Monday's post carries the Tuesday text. /strategy event:crazy-joe day: now suggests Tuesday and Thursday, and /strategy without an event shows today's weekday text.
- Your own one-day cycle events on several weekdays get a tab per weekday too.
Discord reminders that stop now say why
- When the bot loses access to a reminder's channel, the reminder no longer disappears from the Alliance page. It shows as Stopped, with what to fix: give the bot View Channel and Send Messages in that channel.
- A Resume button checks with Discord that the bot can see the channel again, then restarts the reminder from now, so nothing missed while it was stopped is posted late. Reminders stopped before today show up too.
- Each reminder now says where it came from: added on the website (and by whom), added in Discord with /reminder, or synced from the event cycle. /reminder list also flags stopped reminders.
Discord servers belong to your alliance
- A Discord server can now be linked to your Alliance Registry, not just one account. The owner or any editor (including the Elite co-manager) generates a link code on the Alliance page and a Manage Server member runs /link with it.
- Everything in that server — the /join roster, alliance auto-redeem, /ministry, /reminder limits and strategy posts — uses the alliance owner's plan and data, whoever linked it. Every owner and editor can post strategies to it and manage its reminders on the site.
- The Alliance page and the registry's Settings page list the alliance's servers. The owner, or the editor who linked a server, can unlink it. A server already linked to another alliance only moves with /link confirm:True.
Glossary and hero guides in every language
- The Glossary, Hall of Chiefs, Hero Upgrade and Journey of Light guides are now translated into all 12 other site languages, with the same tables, numbers and links as the English.
- The glossary's terms and definitions are translated too (with the English name alongside, as players use it in chat), sorted in your language's order. The Hall of Chiefs, hero star and Journey of Light tables show their headers and strategies in your language. Hero, building and stage names stay in English, as in the game.
Wander Theater, Daybreak Island and Frosty Fortune guides in every language
- The Wander Theater, Daybreak Island and Frosty Fortune guides are now translated into all 12 other site languages, with the same tables, figures and links as the English.
- The floor-climb, Tree of Life, chest-rarity and pack tables show their column headers, buffs and numbers in your language. Chest rarities, skins and building names stay in English, as in the game.
Planning guides in every language
- The March Formation, Moon Chief, Resource Management and State Timeline guides are now translated into all 12 other site languages, with the same tables, numbers and links as the English.
- Their tables show headers, buff and preset names, resource names, Moon Chief stage themes and actions, and State Timeline milestones in your language. Hero, pet and building names stay in English, as in the game.
Alliance, combat, experts and gear priority guides in every language
- The Alliance, Combat, Experts and Chief Gear & Charms Priority guides are now translated into all 12 other site languages, with the same tables, figures and links as the English.
- The alliance events table and the expert cost table show their headers, event names and formats in your language, and Crazy Joe's wave numbers are joined in your language. Expert, hero, item and gear-piece names stay in English, as in the game.
SvS Ministers, Treasure Hunter, Train vs Promote and VIP guides in every language
- The SvS Minister Buffs, Treasure Hunter, Train vs Promote Troops and VIP guides are now translated into all 12 other site languages, with the same tables, figures and links as the English.
- Their tables show column headers, prep-day themes, minister seats and Treasure Hunter chambers in your language, and the minister buffs quoted in the SvS Ministers guide are translated too. Hero and building names stay in English, as in the game.
Battle guides in every language
- The Bear Trap, Crazy Joe, Foundry Battle and Canyon Clash guides are now translated into all 12 other site languages, with the same tables, numbers and links as the English.
- Their tables show column headers, phase notes, outpost effects and Crazy Joe's wave targets in your language, and the Crazy Joe schedule shows weekdays in your language. Event, building and stage names stay in English, as in the game.
Four cost guides in every language
- The War Academy, Fire Crystals, Building Upgrades and Research guides are now translated into all 12 other site languages, with the same tables, figures and links as the English.
- Their cost tables show column headers, resource names and troop types in your language. Building, skill and research names stay in English, as in the game.
Four more event guides in your language
- The Alliance Showdown, King of the Icefield, Sunfire Castle and Alliance Mobilization guides are now translated into all 12 other languages: French, Chinese, Russian, Dutch, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Korean, Turkish, Japanese, Indonesian and Italian.
- The minister seat table (Sunfire Castle, SvS Ministers) and the Alliance Mobilization league table now show their headers in your language. Seat names and buffs are translated too; league and monument names stay as they are in-game.
Gear, charm and pet guides in every language
- The Chief Gear Costs, Chief Charms, Hero Gear and Pets guides are now translated into all 12 other site languages, with the same tables, figures and links as the English.
- Their cost tables show column headers, pet rarities and numbers in your language. Item, gear-tier and pet names stay in English, as in the game.
Community gallery for message templates
- Message Templates has a new Community tab: browse templates other players shared, filter by category, event and language, search, and sort by Top, New or Trending (most liked in the last 14 days). No account needed to browse.
- Fill in the blanks right on a card, copy it, or save it to your own templates.
- Signed in? Share one of your own templates with the new Share button: pick a category, up to 4 events and the language it's written in. Edit or unpublish it any time from My published.
- Like the ones you use, and report anything that breaks the rules — templates with several reports are hidden until a moderator reviews them. Links and invites aren't allowed.
- Everyone can publish up to 20 templates.
Frosty Fortune: community odds
- We searched for a second source for Frosty Fortune's chest odds. The game hasn't published its odds screen, and the guides that list the same numbers seem to copy one community capture. The simulator still says its tables are community estimates, and now says why.
- New: Log my real chests. Copy each fresh board (tap a tile to set its rarity), pick what each chest you opened gave, or quick-log chests from your notes. You need to be signed in. Rewards that can't come from that chest are rejected.
- New: a Community odds panel with everyone's results next to the capture: how many chests and players, and a 95% range for each rarity and reward.
- Once 500 tiles and 500 chests are logged, you can switch the simulator to the community odds. Until then it keeps the capture.
Winter Siege, Icefire Warhymn and Frost Dragon Tyrant on the calendar
- Winter Siege is on the event calendar: the whole Alliance Showdown week (cycle week 1), Monday to Sunday.
- Icefire Warhymn runs Monday to Friday of the SvS prep week (cycle week 4).
- Frost Dragon Tyrant runs Monday to Sunday of the King of the Icefield week (cycle week 2), but only every other cycle (every 8 weeks). The battle is on day 7, the Sunday. The next one starts Monday 14 December and the battle is Sunday 20 December.
- The home calendar shows these events as bars across their days, with the Frost Dragon Tyrant battle marked on its Sunday. They also show in /event, in the Event Calendar guide, and in Message Templates, which has a new message for each one.
- Strategies: each new event has day tabs (Day 1–5 for Icefire Warhymn, Day 1–7 for the others). Frost Dragon Tyrant's Day 7 is labelled as the battle. Posts go out on each day at your registry's post time.
- Syncing reminders from the event cycle can add all three events and the Frost Dragon Tyrant battle. Reminders can now repeat every 8 weeks.
Merge links work without a registry of your own
- Opened a registry merge link but your alliance only has a linked Discord server, with no registry? Instead of "You need your own registry", you can now join theirs as an editor.
- Tick the Discord servers linked to you that should move to the alliance (all are ticked by default). Their reminders keep working, and /join, /alliance and /ministry there then use the registry owner's roster and registrations. The preview shows each server's reminders and roster before you confirm.
- If the link was made so that your registry would keep going, it needs a registry to keep: create yours right there, or ask for a link where theirs keeps going.
- The join shows in the registry's merge history: who joined as an editor and how many servers moved.
Crazy Joe and Frostfire Mine join the event cycle
- Crazy Joe is now on the event calendar: Tuesday and Thursday of the King of the Icefield and SvS prep weeks (cycle weeks 2 and 4), every two weeks. Your alliance still picks the battle time, so only the day is fixed.
- New: Frostfire Mine, on Tuesday of the same weeks. It shows on the home calendar, in /event, in Message Templates (with a new Frostfire Mine message) and in the Discord event-cycle reminder sync.
- Alliance Registry: log Frostfire Mine results (each member's mine points). New Crazy Joe and Frostfire Mine runs default to the latest event day.
- Crazy Joe strategy posts now follow the cycle and post at your registry's post time on each Crazy Joe day. A start date and repeat you set before are no longer used (and no longer shown), so nothing needs changing. Frostfire Mine can have its own strategy too.
- Syncing reminders from the event cycle adds two Crazy Joe reminders, one for Tuesday and one for Thursday.
Registry: this week & next
- The registry overview's quick-add row is now “This week & next”: this week's events (like SvS Prep) are highlighted, and next week's theme is marked “next week”. The SvS event type is now labelled “SvS Prep”.
Strategies keep your spacing + 00:00 UTC start times
- Strategy messages are saved and posted exactly as you type them: spaces, indentation and blank lines are no longer trimmed, and the Discord preview shows them too.
- New events now start at 00:00 UTC (the daily reset) by default: registry runs, Foundry battles, Bear Trap / Crazy Joe schedules and custom events. You can still pick any time.
Merge two Alliance Registries into one
- Two players each started a registry for the same alliance? Merge them from Registry → Settings → Merge with another alliance. Pick whose registry keeps going, then send the merge link to the other owner. The link works once and expires after 72 hours.
- Before confirming, the other owner sees exactly what moves: members, runs, stats, strategies, custom events, Discord strategy posts and servers. They also see how members were matched (by Furnace ID, the same name or an alias, or a similar name to check) and can un-pair a wrong match or pair two names by hand.
- Nothing is lost. The same Bear Trap or Foundry battle tracked in both registries becomes one run, keeping each member's best result. Strategy messages for the same event are added after the surviving ones. A custom event with the same name gets a number, like "Bear Rally (2)".
- The Discord servers linked to the other owner move to the merged alliance, so its strategies can post there. Their /reminder reminders keep working. You can untick a server to keep it where it is.
- The other owner becomes an editor, and their editors join too. Where the merged registry goes over your plan's limits, the extra is hidden or paused as usual. The preview says what that affects.
- Merging is permanent. Settings keeps a merge record, and any strategy messages that didn't fit can be downloaded as a text file.
/strategy shows every strategy at once
- In Discord, /strategy without an event now shows all of your alliance's strategies: every built-in and custom event that has messages, starting with what's on now and what's coming next. Each event gets a heading with its schedule and next date, then its general messages, or today's day for a multi-day event that's running.
- Members with Manage Server post it in the channel by default; everyone else sees it only themselves. Add share:false to keep it private. A long list is split over up to 10 messages, and the last one names any events that didn't fit.
- Add an event, as in /strategy event:Flames and Fangs, to see just that one, including its per-day messages. Nothing in these posts pings anyone.
Event times, more flexible strategies and custom events
- Alliance Registry runs, Foundry battle results and Canyon Clash results take a time of day as well as a date, in UTC like the game. New runs start at the event's usual time when it's fixed (the SvS castle and Sunfire Castle start at 12:00 UTC on Saturday), otherwise at the current time. You can clear the time if you don't know it.
- Run lists, run pages, member history, the overview, the chat message and the CSV export show the time in UTC with your own local time next to it, e.g. "12:00 UTC (14:00 your time)". Runs saved before today have no time and show just the date.
- Strategy posts now go out at 00:00 UTC, the daily reset, instead of 01:00. Change the default for your whole registry on the Strategies page, or give a single subscription its own time. A late post time that runs past midnight still posts for the right day.
- Write several messages for an event or for each day, then reorder, edit or delete them. The bot posts them as separate Discord messages, in order, and only the first one pings. If Discord fails part-way, the next run sends only the messages that are left.
- The Discord preview now shows formatting (bold, italics, underline, strikethrough, code, quotes, headings and lists) the way Discord does. Emoji such as the Fire Crystal and Essence Stone icons no longer show as empty boxes. Linked servers show their name, with the ID beside it.
- New event: Flames and Fangs, Monday and Tuesday in cycle weeks 2 and 4 (KOI and SvS prep). Its strategy posts the day before at the reset: Day 1 on Sunday, Day 2 on Monday. Any subscription can post one or more days early.
- Custom events (Pro 5, Elite 20): add your alliance's own events with a name and a schedule, either on the 4-week cycle (pick the weeks and days) or from a start date with a repeat. Set the number of days and how early to post. They work like the built-in events, including in /strategy, which now suggests event names as you type.
- Bear Trap and Crazy Joe schedules take a start time.
Alliance Registry: event strategies on Discord
- R5s and R4s can now write their alliance's strategy for every event in the Alliance Registry's new Strategies tab: the cycle events (Alliance Showdown, KOI, Alliance Mobilization, SvS prep and castle, Sunfire Castle, Foundry, Canyon Clash, Fortress) plus Bear Trap and Crazy Joe. Multi-day events can have a text per day, and a day without one uses the general text.
- The editor shows a live Discord preview with the character count. A long strategy is split into several messages under Discord's 2,000-character limit. Copy it with one click, or start from a template based on the planner's daily themes and the message templates.
- Subscribe a linked Discord server to an event: pick the channel and, if you like, a role to ping. The bot posts the strategy at 01:00 UTC on each day the event is on. Cycle events follow the 4-week cycle; for Bear Trap and Crazy Joe you set a first day and how often it repeats. Each day posts once, and nothing pings unless you choose a ping.
- In Discord, /strategy shows an event's current strategy (only to you). Members with Manage Server can post it in the channel.
- Pro includes 15 strategy subscriptions and Elite 100. Only registry members see the strategies on the site.
Justus verified
- Justus is released, and his Experts data is now verified against two independent sources. The preliminary note is gone from his skills, relationship and sigils, and he now appears in the Experts guide's cost table and in Trivia.
- His skill costs changed. Each skill's Books go up by the same amount per level: 1,200 / 1,500 / 1,500 / 700 more per level, with the same 73,500 Books in total. Learning time to max all four skills is about 2,727 hours, not 818. The old pre-release figures were the last level's time, not the total.
- Affinity (513,070 to level 100) and Sigils (8 to 80 per milestone, 440 in total) are unchanged and now confirmed.
- His Governance Strategy research tree still comes from one pre-release source, so it stays marked as preliminary in the calculator and the wiki.
Alliance Registry: every alliance event and member stats
- The Alliance Registry now covers Foundry, Canyon Clash, Alliance Showdown, SvS and KOI as well as Bear Trap and Crazy Joe. Every event uses the same screenshot, paste or typed entry and the same review step. The overview suggests this week's events from the event cycle, and new runs are dated on the event's latest day.
- Foundry planner: if you edit a registry, every battle you save under Battle results is also saved to the registry. The planner keeps its last few battles and the registry keeps the full history. A one-click import brings in the battles you saved before.
- Canyon Clash planner: a new Battle results card saves the battle's ranking straight to your registry.
- Member stats: record power, furnace level and alliance contribution from member list screenshots, a pasted list or by hand. The Stats tab shows each member's latest numbers and how they changed since the last reading, and each member's page charts their power and contribution over time.
- Download CSV files of results (all events or one) and of members with their latest stats and attendance. The files are safe to open in spreadsheets.
Alliance Registry for R4s and R5s
- A new Alliance Registry (Pro and Elite, under State tools and on the Alliance page) keeps your alliance's event results and members in one place. Create it once, then invite your R4s as editors with a single-use link: Pro gets 2 editor seats, Elite 5. Elite co-managers can edit it too, without using a seat.
- Bear Trap and Crazy Joe runs: read the in-game ranking from screenshots (several overlapping shots are counted once), paste a list or type it. A review step matches every name to a member, even with tags, look-alike letters or small misreads, and lets you pick a different member or add a new one. Members missing from the ranking are saved as no-shows unless you excuse them.
- The overview shows recent runs, attendance, top performers and members who keep missing events. Each event has a run list and a member trend table, each run has a copy-ready chat message that never pings anyone, and each member has their history and a score chart.
- Members can be name-only or linked to your alliance roster (Furnace ID). You can import the roster, rename members (the old name stays an alias), merge duplicates and archive members who leave without losing their history.
- Pro keeps the last 10 runs of each event visible and Elite keeps the full history. Older runs are only hidden, never deleted, so they come back after an upgrade.
Hero Tier List in every language
- The rewritten Hero Tier List guide is now translated into all 12 other site languages, with the same tiers, tables and links as the English.
- The tier table and the expedition-hero table show tier names (Top pick, Solid, Stepping stone), troop types, rarities and column headers in your language. Hero names stay in English, as in the game.
Discord reminders from the website
- The Alliance page has a new Discord reminders card for your linked servers. You can add, edit, pause and delete the bot's event reminders there instead of typing `/reminder` commands, and pick the channel and the role to ping from lists.
- Sync from event cycle: tick the battles of the 4-week cycle (Fortress, Foundry, Canyon Clash, Sunfire Castle, SvS castle…), set your alliance's start times, and each one becomes a reminder that repeats on the right weeks.
- Reminders can now repeat every 4 weeks, which is one full event cycle. This works in `/reminder add` too.
Foundry planner: battle results and attendance
- A new “Battle results” section reads the “Personal Arsenal Points” mail the game sends after a Foundry battle. Upload several screenshots at once (overlapping rows are counted once), paste a list, or type the results, then review and fix them before saving.
- Each player is marked Absent (0 points), Partial (under 100,000 points, adjustable) or Full. Players on your teams who aren't in the mail are flagged as missing, and players who scored but aren't in the plan are marked too. Names match even with a small tag like “IAM” or stylised letters like “ηora”.
- Copy a ready-made alliance-chat message listing who didn't play or left early (nobody is pinged), or download the results as a CSV.
- The last few battles are saved with the plan, so each player shows how many of the recent battles they missed.
Foundry planner: tester feedback
- Copied player messages no longer include each player's Arsenal power. Power still shows in the planner, and a new “Include Arsenal power” switch adds it back to the messages if you want it.
- Team names can be cleared and retyped without snapping back to “Team 1”, and spaces in team and captain names no longer disappear while typing. A team left blank shows as “Team N”. Canyon Clash team names work the same way.
- Placing a player who is already in another team now asks first: move them, keep them in both teams, or cancel. A screenshot import asks once for all duplicates and can skip them. Names are matched loosely, so “Nora farm”, “NoraFarm” and “[ABC] Nora Farm” count as the same player.
- The matchmaking section now lists the whole roster with each player's team, strongest first, and a line marks the top 20 who count. It sits above the messages. The list reads top to bottom, and powers written like “4.7K” are now read correctly.
Hero Tier List rewritten
- The Hero Tier List guide is rewritten and now covers every hero generation, 1 to 16, with each combat hero placed under its troop type. Troop types, rarities and generations come straight from the hero roster.
- Fixed: Natalia is an Infantry hero, not a Marksman. The old placeholder list of three heroes is gone.
- Tiers (Top pick, Solid, Stepping stone) reflect the consensus of several community tier lists. Heroes the lists disagree on, and the newest generations with only one list so far, are marked.
- Expedition and development heroes (gathering, construction, research) are listed separately, not ranked.
Arabic layout fix
- In Arabic, the desktop sidebar now sits on the right and no longer covers the page content. The mobile menu also slides in from the right.
- The top-bar language and account menus, the menu arrows and the nested nav lines now follow right-to-left too.
Guides in your language + Daybreak Island guide
- Six guides are now fully translated into all 12 other site languages: Beginner's Guide, Gift Codes, SvS Prep, SvS Explained, State Transfer and the Event Calendar — same tables, links and figures as the English.
- Guides that aren't translated yet still open under your language's address, show the English text with a short note, and point search engines to the English page.
- The Event Calendar's 4-week table now shows weekdays, times and headers in your language.
- New Daybreak Island guide: unlocking the island at Furnace 19, earning Life Essence, how Prosperity gates each Tree of Life level, every level's cost and buff, and the Starry Lighthouse. The figures are community-sourced (two independent fan guides agree; the game doesn't publish them).
Data check: buildings, Justus and T12
- Research Center: confirmed it stops at Lv 30. It has no Fire Crystal levels, because Fire Crystal-era research happens in the War Academy. Its wiki page now says so.
- We looked again for level tables for the Enlistment Office, Drill Camp, Arena, Hero Hall, Beast Cage, Dawn Academy, Crystal Laboratory, Lighthouse, Chief's House, Explorer's Cabin, Suggestion Box and Monument. None of our sources publishes per-level costs for them, and several of them can't be upgraded at all, so their pages stay as they are.
- Justus is still unreleased and his real numbers aren't published yet, so his Experts data stays marked preliminary.
- T12 (Exalted) troops: no second independent source has their training cost, power or event points yet, so they stay marked preliminary. SvS 94 points per troop is the one captured value.
- Disputed values stay unchanged until an in-game check: troop camps' last FC8 step (18 Refined Fire Crystals) and the War Academy's Attack/Defense Lv 8 research time.
Discord: /event and translation
- New Discord bot command `/event`: the current week of the 4-week event cycle and its theme, what's live right now and the next battles, with times shown in each member's own time zone. Add `week: Next week` to look ahead.
- New `/translate text: to:` — translate any text into one of the site's 13 languages. Only you see the result.
- Right-click any message → Apps → Translate to read it in your Discord language, privately. Works in any server the bot is in.
Wiki: a page for every building
- The Buildings wiki now lists all 30 buildings in the city, grouped by role, each with its own page: what it does, what unlocks it and its max level.
- 18 buildings get a full per-level table — upgrade cost, base build time, building power and prerequisites (linked to the buildings they name), plus the total to max. That covers the Furnace, Embassy, Command Center, the three troop camps, Infirmary and War Academy all the way to FC10, and the Research Center, Storehouse, Barricade, the four resource buildings, Cookhouse, Shelter and Clinic.
- Buildings without a verified level table yet (Lighthouse, Beast Cage, Chief's House, Dawn Academy and others) still get a page with their unlock level and the facts we could confirm.
Five new guides
- Gift Codes: how to redeem in the game or on the official site, what each error means, and how one-click Redeem, auto-redeem, alliance redeem and the Discord bot make sure you never miss a code.
- Event Calendar: the fixed 4-week cycle — Alliance Showdown, King of the Icefield, Alliance Mobilization and SvS — with this week's events, the weekend battles and what to save for each week.
- Alliance Mobilization: who can join, the 9 daily mission attempts, Exclusive missions and the Custom Mission Voucher, and the five leagues with their Alliance Monument gathering buffs.
- Frosty Fortune: what chests and refreshes cost, how many chests the free Gems of Enigma open, how the chest rarities compare, and how many gems a march skin takes.
- SvS Minister Buffs: which seat helps on which prep day, why states rotate the Vice President and Minister of Education in 30-minute slots, and how to run the sign-up with Ministry Registration.
Foundry: battle sheet image
- New "Export battle sheet (PNG)" button on the Foundry planner: one image with the legion and start time, a map per phase with each team's colour chip on its targets, and the full team roster (captain, rally leads, joiners with Arsenal power, and every phase's targets) — ready to post in alliance chat or Discord.
- Where the browser supports it, "Copy image" puts the sheet straight on the clipboard.
Foundry: more reliable player import
- Import players now reads every rank group of the Combatants list (R5, R4, R3…) and never takes a group's header bar for a player or skips the row under it.
- Long lists (up to 100 players) are read in full.
- Players it skips (dispatched to the other legion or not registered) can now be shown and ticked to add anyway, in case a status was misread.
22 more message templates
- Message Templates gains 22 ready-to-paste messages: shield-up and teleport calls, SvS results and minister sign-ups, rally leaders and how to join rallies, reinforcement calls, event results, transfer recruitment, hive moves, tech donations, R4 roles, gathering and chat rules, inactivity warnings, hostile-alliance and peace notices, boxed and arrow banners, weekly MVPs and birthdays.
Discord: /state
- New Discord bot command `/state number:` — any state's server age, current hero generation and the next unlock, from the State Timeline. Works in servers and DMs.
Foundry: import players from up to 10 screenshots
- The Foundry planner's roster import now reads up to 10 screenshots at once (was 8), so a full scrolled legion list fits in one go.
Chief Gear and Charms: see the stats you gain
- The Chief Gear Calculator now shows what your plan changes: Attack & Defense % for each troop type, squad capacity and power, current → target.
- The Chief Charms Calculator shows each troop type's charm bonus % and the power your charms add.
War Academy: research time, resources and power
- The War Academy Calculator now counts everything a research costs: Meat, Wood, Coal and Iron alongside FC Shards and Steel, plus the base research time.
- Enter your research speed bonus to see the real research time, and see how much power the plan adds.
- The FC Shard exchanger takes your daily shard income and shows how many days you need, and how long the Steel (max 20 shards a day) and Fire Crystal (max 200 FC = 260 shards a day) exchanges would take on their own.
Fire Crystal building fixes
- Corrected FC10 costs: the Furnace needs 420 Refined Fire Crystals (not 270), the Infirmary and Command Center 315 Fire Crystals (not 302), and the War Academy 706 Fire Crystals and 187 Refined Fire Crystals (not 732 and 337). The Fire Crystals guide updates with them.
- From FC6 on, the game doesn't split a tier evenly across its 5 steps: the first four steps cost more Fire Crystals and the last step more Refined Fire Crystals. The Building Calculator now uses the real per-step costs, so plans that stop mid-tier are exact.
- The Furnace now shows its own prerequisites: the Embassy one tier below plus a troop camp that rotates Lancer → Infantry → Marksman (Embassy and Research Center Lv 30 for FC1).
Ministry Registration: coverage, confirmations, copy for chat
- The coordinator view now shows coverage at a glance: how many slots are filled and confirmed, overall and per position.
- Mark an assigned player as Confirmed once they've agreed to show up — confirmed slots get a ✅ on the schedule. Moving or unassigning a player clears it.
- “Copy schedule for chat” turns the whole schedule into a short message: who holds each slot (UTC) and which times are still open.
A wiki page for every hero
- Each hero in the Heroes wiki now has its own page: troop, role, rarity and generation (with the server day it unlocks), shards per star, skill manuals per level, hero XP to level 80 with the Furnace each band needs, and the other heroes of the same generation.
- The hero list now shows each hero's generation and links to their page.
Canyon Clash: the real map
- The Canyon Clash planner's map now shows the in-game Lost Canyon, with its roads and the paths linking every building, and each building marker sits on its building.
Elite: one alliance roster per Discord server
- On Elite, each Discord server you link keeps its own auto-redeem roster: /join, /alliance add, /alliance list and /alliance remove only touch the roster of the server they're used in. Every roster still counts toward your plan's one player limit.
- The Alliance page groups your players by roster (the website one and each server's), and linked servers now show their names. Players you already had stay on the website roster.
Redeem gift codes in one click — free
- Every code on the Gift Codes page now has a Redeem button for each of your linked characters: the reward goes straight to that character's in-game mail.
- Free accounts get 10 one-click redemptions a month (only successful ones count). Paid plans are unlimited and still redeem every new code automatically.
Elite: add a co-manager for your alliance
- Elite members can invite one co-manager (for example an R4) from the Alliance page with a single-use link. It's free for them, whatever their own plan.
- Together you manage the alliance auto-redeem roster, the linked Discord servers, each other's ministry registrations, and one shared copy of the Foundry, Canyon Clash and Territory plans.
- Remove your co-manager (or leave, as the co-manager) at any time. If the owner's plan stops including Elite, access pauses until it's back.
More in every plan
- Alliance auto-redeem now comes with Pro too (up to 30 players); Elite keeps up to 100.
- Territory Planner: save several named layouts and switch between them — 1 on Free, 2 on Plus, 5 on Pro, 10 on Elite.
- Ministry registrations: each plan can run a set number at once (2 on Free, 3 on Plus, 5 on Pro, 10 on Elite). Closed registrations don't count, and nothing is deleted.
- Elite: export your game accounts, backpacks and loadouts to a spreadsheet, early access to new tools, and priority support from the Contact page.
More Discord reminders on paid plans
- Discord servers linked to a paid account can now keep more reminders: 100 on Plus, 150 on Pro and 200 on Elite (Free stays at 25).
Event cycle timeline on the home page
- The home page now shows the 4-week event cycle every state follows: Alliance Showdown, King of the Icefield, Alliance Mobilization, then SvS prep. It highlights the current week, shows this week day by day (Fortress battles on Friday, Sunfire Castle, Canyon Clash, the SvS castle battle and Foundry), and counts down to the next battle.
- Message Templates suggests the templates for what's on now first: this week's event, today's battle and what's coming next, with the date and time already filled in. New templates for the Alliance Showdown and KOI schedules, Sunfire Castle, the SvS castle battle, Alliance Mobilization and Fortress battles.
Message Templates for alliance chat
- New Message Templates page (under State tools): ready-made alliance chat messages for SvS, Bear Trap, Crazy Joe, Foundry, Canyon Clash, recruitment, rules, NAP reminders, frames and a few fun ones. Pick one, fill in the blanks (times, targets, your alliance tag…), check the chat preview and its length, and copy it into the game.
- The SvS Prep Checklist shows which prep day each item scores on, built from the SvS planner's verified data.
- Write your own templates or save a customized one: up to 30, kept on your account when you're signed in. Add {{Anything}} to a template to turn it into a fill-in field.
- Create your own categories (Manage categories, or “+ New category” while editing) to group your templates, then filter by them. Rename or delete them any time: deleting a category keeps its templates.
VIP level chart
- The VIP Calculator now shows every VIP level's VIP Points — per level, the total from VIP 1 and the gem equivalent — with your planned range highlighted.
- New wiki page: VIP Levels, with the same chart.
Foundry: quick rules to copy & share
- New “Quick rules” section on the Foundry planner: four ready-to-paste cards for alliance chat — basic rules, point values, building buffs and strategy tips — each with a Copy button, plus Copy all.
- Edit any card to match your alliance's plan. On a paid plan your edits are saved to your account for next time; reset a card to get the default text back.
- The Foundry guide now covers the Furnace 16 requirement, bringing Advanced Teleporters, pet buffs, the 12-minute full heal and how overflow points are split.
Edit your linked game accounts
- Each linked account on your profile now has an Edit button (pencil) to change its name, state and furnace level. A new state is checked against the game before it's saved.
Adding game accounts: Furnace ID and state
- The game changed its gift-code site: it no longer shows a player's name or furnace level, and redeeming now needs your state. Adding an account (or an alliance roster member) now asks for your Furnace ID and state — both are on your in-game profile — and checks that they match. Name and furnace level are optional; type them if you'd like them shown.
- Accounts you've already added keep their name and state, and auto-redeem works for them again.
- Discord: /join and /alliance add now take your state too.
Foundry planner: who counts for matchmaking
- New “Matchmaking: top 20 players” section on the Foundry planner: the plan's 20 strongest players by Arsenal power (Join and Substitute alike), with their combined power, so you can see who counts when the Foundry picks your opponent.
- Players with no power entered are listed below it, so you know whose power to add.
Sign up with Discord or Google
- The Create account page now has the Continue with Discord and Continue with Google buttons too, not just the Sign in page. Your account is created the first time you use one.
Foundry planner: import players from a screenshot
- New “Import players” button on the Foundry planner's Teams card: screenshot the in-game Legion combatants list (several screenshots if it's long), review the players it reads, and add them to a team's joiners in one go.
- Only players registered for your plan's legion are offered. Players dispatched to the other legion and players with no engagement are skipped, and substitutes are marked. Anyone already in the plan starts unticked.
- Each player's Arsenal power is kept with their name and shown in the team lists and the messages for players, e.g. “Borna (4734)”. You can also type it yourself as “Name (power)”.
Event planners: real troop training and promotion
- Every troop-training day in the event planners (SvS Day 4, KOI Days 4 and 6, Alliance Showdown Day 4 and Moon Chief Stage 4) now has a card per camp, like on the Troop Calculator: choose Training, Promotion or Train + Promote, pick the tier (or From → To tiers), and enter troops × batches. Each tier scores that event's own points, and a promotion scores the difference between the two tiers. Before, SvS and KOI counted every troop as T11, and Alliance Showdown and Moon Chief had one box per tier with no way to enter promotions.
- Enter your training speed bonus to see the training speedups the plan needs. They are added to “Resources this plan needs” along with the meat, wood, coal and iron.
- “Import from Troop Calculator” now copies each camp's mode, tiers, troop count, batches and speed bonus.
- T12 (Exalted) troops are now in the Troop Calculator, the planners and the Troops wiki: 94 SvS points each, and promoting T11 → T12 earns 19. These numbers are marked preliminary until they're confirmed in-game.
- Plans saved with the old troop boxes move onto the new camp cards, highest tiers first, and keep the same points.
- Troop Calculator: speed bonuses now divide training time the way the game does (time ÷ (1 + bonus)). Before, a bonus over 100% brought the time down to zero.
A Discord Bot page with an “Add to Discord” button
- The sidebar has a new Discord Bot page: what the bot does, how to set it up in three steps, every command, and an “Add to Discord” button that takes you straight to Discord to invite it to your server. No sign-in needed.
Foundry planner: captains, rally leads and messages for players
- Each Foundry team now has a captain who coordinates it and any number of rally leads, besides its joiners. Plans made before keep their rally leader as the captain.
- New "Messages for players" card: one ready-to-paste message per team — the captain, rally leads, joiners and what to secure & reinforce — each with its own Copy button, plus Copy all.
Discord bot: /help and reminder limits by plan
- The Discord bot has a new /help command: it lists every command, split into what everyone can use and what needs Manage Server, with a link to set the bot up. Only you see the reply.
- Discord reminders now depend on the plan of the WOS Assistant account the server is linked to: 25 per server on Free (and for unlinked servers), 35 on Plus, 70 on Pro, and unlimited on Elite. The pricing page lists it.
Foundry planner: several objectives per team
- The Foundry mini map now shows the real battlefield: every building in its in-game place, with the Workshops, Arsenal Supplies and both safe zones marked.
- A Foundry team can now take more than one objective in a phase: add as many as you like from the team card or by tapping objectives on the map. The projection, warnings and chat summary count every one. Plans and links saved before still open.
Dreamscape Memory item finder
- New in the Wiki: Dreamscape Memory. Pick a map to see its scene with every item numbered (or named) next to the numbered list, or search an item to find its number on every map. Season 2 maps, from Shield WOS's community sheet — credited on the page.
Battle planners: mini maps
- The Foundry Battle planner now has a mini map of the battlefield: every objective in its place, the teams appointed to it in the selected phase, and objectives that aren't open yet dimmed. Tap an objective to send teams there.
- The Canyon Clash planner shows the Lost Canyon as a map: all 94 buildings in their places, ringed by type and filled with the colour of the team that holds them. Pick a team and tap buildings to assign them, exactly as in the list (still one tap away).
A new look: the WOS Assistant logo
- WOS Assistant has a logo! It now appears in the app header, on the sign-in pages, as the browser tab icon, as the home-screen icon when you install the app, and on link previews when you share a page.
Justus: skills, sigils and the Governance Strategy research (preliminary)
- Justus isn't released yet, but the Experts calculator and wiki now carry his pre-release numbers from a community infographic, clearly marked as preliminary: his four skills (73,500 Books, 818 hours to max), 440 Sigils, and his Governance Strategy research tree — 6 tabs, 18,000 Sigils, +48% Infantry Attack, Defense, Lethality and Health.
- Experts with their own research tree can now plan it in the calculator; research Sigils are added to the plan's Expert Sigils.
Push alerts for state transfer phases
- With notifications on, you now get a heads-up the day before each phase of a state transfer window — caps set, invitations, Transfer Passes. Once the official ranges are out, only players with an account in a covered state are notified.
New wiki section: Gathering
- The Wiki now has a Gathering table: how much Meat, Wood, Coal and Iron a full resource tile holds at every level from 1 to 8, from the same verified data as the Resource Management guide.
New guide: Resource Management
- How much Meat, Wood, Coal and Iron every gathering tile holds from level 1 (70K) to level 8 (14M), and the 100 : 100 : 20 : 5 ratio that tiles, building costs and event points all follow — so a full level-8 tile scores the same in Moon Chief whatever the resource.
New guide: March Formation
- How City Bonus (+10% or +20%) and the Snow Ape (+1,500 troops per skill level, up to 15,000) raise march capacity — a 100,000 march with both holds 135,000 — plus the community troop ratios for Bear Hunt and Crazy Joe, clearly marked as starting points.
New guides: Glossary and Alliance
- Glossary: what FC, RFC, SvS, KOI, HoC, FID and 30-odd other Whiteout Survival terms mean, each linked to the guide or tool that covers it.
- Alliance: every recurring alliance event at a glance — Bear Trap, Crazy Joe, Foundry, Canyon Clash, Alliance Showdown and Sunfire Castle — what each asks of members, and the tools that help leaders run them.
New guides: State Timeline and Moon Chief
- State Timeline: the server day each hero generation, pet wave, Fire Crystal level and major feature unlocks — a new generation every 75–90 days, Fire Crystal from day 60, SvS and KOI from day 80 — and how to save for what's next.
- Moon Chief: the best-scoring action in each of the seven stages, where the big points are (50,000 per Hero Exclusive Gear Widget), and why promoting troops beats training them.
New guides: Journey of Light, Treasure Hunter and Wander Theater
- Journey of Light: 15 expeditions per team over the event (60 with all four), what Pocket Watches really add, and assembly as a choice between about 23,000 gems or 52 Mythic shards per 100 expeditions.
- Treasure Hunter: the Ultimate Treasure guarantee (search 14 on Common floors, 22 on Supreme), what the first ten floors cost, and how far the 80 free Pickaxes get you.
- Wander Theater: Protected vs Regular Exploration, the Talisman cost and coin payout of each floor, and why Floor 5 is the best coins-per-Talisman climb.
Ask anything: the AI assistant
- A new "Ask anything" card on the dashboard: ask about Whiteout Survival or your account and get an answer that uses your linked account, backpack and saved plans, plus the app's verified numbers.
- Answers stream in your language and link straight to the right calculator or guide. Free accounts get 20 questions per period; paid plans get more.
New guides: Chief Gear Costs and Hero Upgrade
- Chief Gear Costs: every tier from Green to Legendary T6 in Hardened Alloy, Polishing Solution, Design Plans and Lunar Amber — about 4.3M Hardened Alloy to max one piece, 89% of it in the Legendary tiers.
- Hero Upgrade: shards for every star (1,065 to 5★, over half for the fifth), 990 manuals for all six skills, and 23.6M Hero XP to level 80 — with the order to build them in.
New guides: VIP and Building Upgrades
- VIP: points for every level (4,800,000 to VIP 12 — three-quarters of it in the last two levels), how far daily login alone gets you (VIP 8 in about 510 days), the gem cost of buying points, and why small packs give the most VIP Points per dollar.
- Building Upgrades (levels 1–30): what each core building costs in Wood, Meat, Coal and Iron, why levels 26–30 are about 75% of the Wood, and how the Furnace caps every other building.
New expert: Gareth
- Gareth, the Ironthorn Chief, is in the Experts calculator, wiki and guide — the most expensive expert yet: 2,561,350 affinity and 2,730 Expert Sigils to max his relationship, and his four skills (Gifts of Iron, Porcupine, Undefeated Will, Fearsome Reputation) need 1,313,500 Books of Knowledge and about 62,962 hours of learning. His talent is Rallying Cry.
New guide: Research
- The Research Center sized up: techs, levels, resources and base research time for the Growth, Economy and Battle trees. The Battle tree holds 459 of the 720 levels and about 71% of the resources, and every level together is about 4,961 days of base research time — which is why research speed and speedups matter so much.
New expert: Justus — and a relationship-cost fix
- Justus, the new Growth expert, is in the Experts calculator and wiki with his relationship (affinity) costs — 513,070 to level 100 — and his talent, Former Glory. His sigil milestones and skill costs haven't been published anywhere yet, so they're marked as not yet published rather than guessed.
- Fix: an expert's first relationship level (recruiting them) is a flat 1,000 affinity for every expert, but the calculator scaled it like the other levels. Totals for every expert except Cyrille are now slightly lower and match the in-game numbers (e.g. Holger and Ronne 513,070, Valeria 1,571,540).
New guides: Chief Charms and Hero Gear
- Chief Charms: what every charm level costs in Charm Guides, Charm Designs and Jewel Secrets, where the sub-steps begin (Lv. 5) and where Jewel Secrets join (Lv. 12), and what maxing one charm (5,035 Guides, 5,150 Designs, 260 Jewel Secrets) and all 18 costs.
- Hero Gear: Mastery Forging in Essence Stones (2,100 per piece to level 20), the five Mithril empowerment milestones, the spare Mythic Gear both tracks consume (352 for a fully built hero), and exclusive-weapon Widgets.
Building Calculator: build times + construction speed
- The Building Calculator now shows how long your plan takes to build — every building, from Lv 1 through FC10 (verified against two community sources).
- Enter your construction speed bonus to see your real build time; the base time is shown alongside it.
- SvS Prep, King of the Icefield, Alliance Showdown and Moon Chief planners can now import construction speedup minutes from your building plan.
- The Buildings wiki table gains a Time column.
Discord: state transfer reminders
- The Discord bot now posts a reminder a day before each phase of a state transfer — transfer caps, invitations and Transfer Passes — with the full schedule in everyone's local time, the official ranges and power caps once they're out, and a link to check your range.
- It's on for every subscribed server; turn it off with /subscribe transfers:False.
New guide: War Academy
- What every War Academy expert skill costs in FC Shards and Steel — 27,374 shards and 8.1M Steel to max one troop type's tree, three times that for all three — why each troop type is its own tree, the Fire Crystal vs Steel shard exchange, and how to plan the climb.
New guide: Fire Crystals & Refined Fire Crystals
- What every Fire Crystal building level costs (the Furnace alone needs 11,610 Fire Crystals and 720 Refined Fire Crystals), how Crystal Laboratory refinement works, why each later tier costs more per Refined Fire Crystal, how to use the daily half-price refinement, and how many weeks of refining your upgrades need — all computed from the same verified data as the calculators.
Transfer Forecast: the next transfer window
- The Transfer Forecast now shows the next announced transfer window: the dates for transfer caps, invitations and Transfer Passes, with countdowns, the age limit, and your state's official transfer range and power cap once they're published (the forecast bracket until then).
- Subscribe to the transfer calendar to get every window's phases in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
Chief Gear: Legendary T4, T5 and T6
- The Chief Gear calculator now goes all the way to Legendary T6 ★★★ — twelve new tiers after T3 ★★★, with Hardened Alloy, Polishing Solution, Design Plans and Lunar Amber for every step (verified against two independent sources, three for T4).
- Your saved loadout and the Chief Profile screenshot import understand the new T4–T6 badges too, so the calculator's current side pre-fills correctly.
The whole app in your language
- Every calculator, simulator, planner, wiki table, battle planner, mini-game and account page now appears in all 13 languages — including the Ministry registration, recruitment board, alliance tools, gift codes, backpack and loadout pages, the FAQ, About and Contact pages, and the warnings and copy-to-chat summaries the battle planners build.
- Error messages from the server (sign-in, limits, screenshot import and more) are translated too, and numbers, dates and durations follow your language ("2 000", "951j 1h 30min" in French).
- Hero, gear, item and building names stay in English until we have the game's official translations. The Privacy Policy and Terms stay in English as the authoritative text, with a note in your language.
New: State Transfer Forecast
- Enter your state number to see its transfer group, its Fire Crystal level and hero generation on every upcoming forecast date, and which states share both — the states you can transfer to or receive players from. Browse every date's transfer brackets too. Community forecast data, credited on the page; later dates are predictions.
State Timeline: look up your state number
- Type your state number to fill in when it opened, down to the hour — signed-in players get their active account's state filled in automatically. States we don't know exactly yet are estimated from their neighbours and marked as such.
- Know your state's opening date? Enter it and share it: once a few players agree, it shows up for everyone in your state.
New: State Timeline
- Enter when your state opened — or just today's server day — to see its age, your current hero generation, and the date every upcoming unlock lands: hero generations 1–16 (with their heroes), each wave of pets, Fire Crystal 1–10, Sunfire Castle, SvS and KOI, legendary chief gear and the War Academy. Under State tools; saved to your account when signed in.
Calculators in your language
- The calculators' common interface — headings, the verified-data badge, results, "resources you already have", backpack saving and the Mark complete dialog — now appears in all 13 languages, and resource names use their translations.
- The site footer and the sign-up terms line were still English in every other language; they're translated now. Calculator and planner pages also get translated page titles and link to the right language version for search engines.
New guide: Hall of Chiefs
- Hall of Chiefs explained: when it runs in a new state (5, 6, then 7 days, about every two weeks), the daily stages, the stage and total leaderboards, troop-training points per tier, and how to hold speedups and materials for the stage they count in.
New guide: Crazy Joe
- Crazy Joe explained: all 20 waves and who each one attacks, the online-only waves 7, 14 and 17, the Alliance HQ waves 10 and 20, why defending your own city scores double what reinforcing does, and what to do after your city is breached twice.
New guide: Bear Trap
- Bear Hunt explained: getting your alliance's two Hunting Traps, enhancing them with Explosive Arrowheads (up to +25% attack), why only your first hero's Expedition skill counts when you join a rally while leaders bring all three, and a checklist for every hunt.
New guides: Experts and Pets
- Experts guide: how relationship affinity, gifts, Expert Sigils and the four skills work, why level 50 costs only about a fifth of level 100, and the full cost to max every expert — affinity, Sails of Conquest, sigils, books and learning time.
- Pets guide: rarities and level caps, Pet Food bands, when Taming Manuals, Energizing Potions and Strengthening Serums come in, where a pet's cost really sits, and the full cost to max each rarity. Both read their numbers from the same verified data as the calculators.
New guides: Foundry Battle and Canyon Clash
- Foundry Battle guide: the three phases, all 11 objectives with their capture bonus, points per minute and what holding them is worth, what each outpost does, personal Arsenal Points, and a legion split that follows the numbers.
- Canyon Clash guide: the four stages, every building type's points per minute and how many each territory has, the adjacency, Bastion, fuel and re-entry rules, and why the Frozen Citadel decides close matches. Both guides link to their planners and read their numbers from the same verified data.
Recurring event schedules
- Admins can now set an event to repeat — every day, week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks or any number of days — instead of re-entering it each time. Once an occurrence ends it moves to the next one automatically, and its reminder notification goes out again.
Discord bot: your own event reminders
- Leaders can schedule their server's own reminders with /reminder add, or /reminder preset for Bear Trap, Crazy Joe, Foundry, Canyon Clash, SvS Battle, Sunfire Castle, King of the Icefield and Alliance Showdown.
- Each reminder can repeat (daily, every 2 or 3 days, weekly or every 2 weeks), post several times before it starts (e.g. 60, 15 and 0 minutes), and optionally ping @everyone, @here or a role. Times are entered in UTC and shown in each reader's own time zone.
- /reminder list shows when each one posts next, and /reminder remove deletes one.
Mini-game leaderboards
- Every mini-game except the daily Chiefdle now has a leaderboard, and Icefield Sweeper has one per difficulty, ranked by best time. Each game page shows the top 10 and where you stand; the new Leaderboards page shows the top 25 on every board.
- When you're signed in, your best runs are saved automatically. Pick a public name to appear on the boards — only that name is ever shown, and you can change it or leave at any time.
Ministry Registration: waiting-list mode
- New waiting-list mode, now the default: players tick the positions they need and the 2-hour windows (UTC) they're online on each day, then coordinators hand out the 30-minute turns. Slot sign-up, where players pick exact slots, is still there.
- Positions can now ask yes/no questions, such as whether a player is promoting troops T9 → T10 or T10 → T11. The new preset mirrors the common state form: Vice President on Day 1 and 2 and Minister of Education on Day 4, with the speedup, Fire Crystal and promotion questions.
- Players can give their native language and a note for each day, and the alliance tag is optional unless you require it. Coordinators get ranked queues per position, slot suggestions inside each player's availability, editable instructions shown above the form, and a CSV export of every application.
New: Discord bot
- Add the WOS Assistant bot to your alliance's server from the Alliance page. /codes lists the active gift codes, and /subscribe posts new codes and event reminders in a channel as soon as they appear.
- Link the server to your account with a one-time code (/link). On the Elite plan, members can then add their own Furnace ID to your auto-redeem roster with /join, and leaders can /alliance list, add or remove players.
- /ministry posts links to your open ministry sign-ups. Messages never ping @everyone, and reminder times show in each reader's own time zone.
Four more mini-games
- Icefield Sweeper — Minesweeper with Polar Terrors on Easy (9×9), Medium (13×13) and Hard (16×16) boards. The first tap is always safe; flag by right-click, long-press or flag mode; best time per difficulty.
- Resource Merge — 2048 on the resource ladder, Meat → Wood → Coal → Iron → Fire Crystal → Refined FC and past it, with swipe, arrow-key and button controls.
- Icefield Dash — a one-button endless runner that speeds up the longer you last; Marvelous Fantasia — a practice board for the Honor Festival tile-matching game, with the 7-slot Storage Zone and the Withdraw, Reconstruct and Remove helpers.
New: Mini-games
- Chiefdle — a daily Whiteout Survival word (heroes, experts, pets, buildings, resources and troop types) with one more guess than it has letters, a practice mode with unlimited words, and a shareable result grid.
- Higher or Lower — guess whether the next building cost, Fire Crystal cost, troop power, training time, Hall of Chiefs points, camp capacity or VIP requirement is higher or lower. Every number comes from the calculators' verified data.
- WOS Trivia — multiple-choice questions about heroes, experts, pets and buildings with three lives and ten points per right answer. Best scores are saved, and synced to your account when you're signed in.
New: Territory Planner
- Lay out your alliance's corner of the state map: place your HQ (up to two), banners, member cities, Bear Traps, alliance resources, obstacles and enemy cities on the 1200×1200 grid, then drag them around, zoom and pan, or jump to a coordinate.
- Territory updates live — each banner covers 7×7 tiles and the HQ 15×15 — with the total territory tiles, cities inside it, alliance resources claimed (3 of their 4 tiles covered), and warnings for banners cut off from your HQ or enemy cities on your ground.
- Colour-code cities by team, then share the plan as a link, copy a city roster for alliance chat, or export it as a PNG.
New: State Recruitment
- A recruitment board for transfers: states and alliances post what they offer and what they expect (minimum furnace level and power, languages, the next transfer window), and players list themselves with their furnace level, power and current state.
- Filter by listing type, language, state and furnace level — the furnace filter shows the states whose minimum you meet and the players at or above a level. Posting pre-fills your state and furnace level from your active game account.
- Listings stay up for 30 days and can be edited, renewed or deleted; contact details are only shown to signed-in players.
New: Ministry Registration
- Coordinators can run their state's SvS ministry buff sign-ups from one page: create a registration with the positions and days you're opening (Vice President on Days 1, 2 and 4 and Minister of Education on Day 4 are pre-filled) and share the player link.
- Players apply without an account: pick up to 8 half-hour slots (UTC), enter their name and alliance, and report the speedups or Fire Crystals the position asks for. First-come, first-served slots confirm instantly.
- The coordinator view ranks each slot's applicants by those numbers and lets you approve, reject or unassign, add or remove slots and positions, restrict alliances, limit players to one slot per position and close applications. A secret management link lets co-coordinators help.
New planner: Canyon Clash
- Split the Lost Canyon before the hour starts: pick your territory, then tap any of the 94 buildings to hand it to one of your teams — Stormrage, Flameguard and Iceguard codes with each building's type and points per minute, and the Frozen Citadel in the middle.
- Phase views fade buildings that aren't open yet (Fortresses from 20:00, the Citadel from 40:00) and teams that aren't deployed, and a coverage table shows each team's points per minute, home vs enemy ground and projected points over the hour.
- Warnings for the Citadel, Fortresses and your Bastion, teams benched when their building opens and players listed twice; share the plan as a link or a chat summary.
New planner: Foundry Battle
- Plan your legion's Foundry Battle: give every team a rally leader, its joiners and a target for each of the three phases, and see which of the 11 objectives are covered in each phase.
- A projection shows the Arsenal Points the plan earns if you hold what you take (out of 457,200 for a full sweep), points per minute by phase, a roster check against the 30 + 10 legion limit, and warnings for targets that aren't open yet or players listed twice.
- Copy a share link that opens the exact plan for your alliance, or a plain-text summary for alliance chat and Discord.
About, FAQ and Contact pages
- Three new pages linked from the footer: what WOS Assistant is and how its data is verified, answers to the common questions about accuracy, accounts, linked characters, screenshot import, gift codes, plans, languages and installing the app, and how to reach us for bugs, data corrections and privacy requests.
Wiki: War Academy
- A new War Academy section lists the Fire Crystal Shards and Refined Steel for every level of each expert skill — the same verified tables the War Academy calculator uses — plus a cross-reference of the skill names each troop type sees in-game.
Wiki: Experts
- A new Experts section: pick an expert to see the affinity needed at every tenth relationship level with the Expert Sigils due there, totals to max, and each of the four skills' Books of Knowledge and learning time per level — the same verified data the Experts calculator runs on.
Wiki: Events
- A new Events section lists every stage of the SvS Prep, King of the Icefield, Alliance Showdown and Moon Chief planners — each activity's points, value tier and the resources one unit consumes, with the stage tips and point multipliers — read straight from the planner data, plus a card pointing to the five simulated events.
New guide: State Transfer
- Everything about moving states: the transfer event's scouting, invitation and open phases, every eligibility rule, how Transfer Passes are priced from your account's score (and what doesn't count), transfer groups, Leading vs ordinary state caps and special invitations, what you keep or lose on the jump, a preparation checklist and the mistakes that strand players.
New guide: Sunfire Castle Battle
- When the castle battle runs (monthly and inside SvS), how it is won (hold 2.5 hours or the longest cumulative hold in a 5-hour window), how the two turrets punish a castle garrison and how to silence them, how occupation, carnage and casualties score, the shield and rally rules that decide fights, and the roles an alliance needs.
- The full prize table: President and Supreme President buffs, and all six minister seats with their normal and online-boosted values.
New guide: SvS Explained
- A start-to-finish map of State vs State: who qualifies, the four phases and their UTC timings, how battle points and castle occupation score, Field Triage revival maths, the four Prep/Castle outcomes that decide a Supreme President, Valeria, and what to aim for at each spending level.
- The SvS Prep Phase guide's day-by-day list now matches the planner's five themed days.
New simulator: Wander Theater
- Strategy explorer: the exact expected coins, Talismans and attempts of one Wonderland round for any plan — Protected Exploration up to a floor, free tries to your bank floor, optionally taking Common Expert Sigils — using the real ascend/descend odds, the first-Protected guarantee and the three-protection rule.
- Climb-efficiency table to every floor (including the Astral Floor 8), Wonderstar odds, a session simulator with a running log, and a milestone picker that prices the cheapest Wonder Adventure Packs within daily limits. Floor 7–8 Protected costs are entered from your own screen.
New simulator: Treasure Hunter
- Floor planner: the Pickaxes it takes from your current floor (and the searches already spent on it) to any target — expected, a true 90% figure and the worst case from the 14 / 22-search guarantees — netting the reward track's Pickaxes, plus the floor you should reach and the floor you cannot miss with your budget.
- Daily-mission income, the cheapest pack basket within the store's daily limits for any shortfall, an Ultimate Treasure haul with editable amounts (Supreme floors pay double), per-search odds tables and a session simulator.
New simulator: Frosty Fortune
- Budget your Gems of Enigma across the event (on hand + daily missions, with or without the mission pack) to see the chests you can open, the Thorns and items they average, and which chest milestones you reach.
- Skin planner: your odds of the Snowmobile or Mammoth skin at your total spend, the spend for 90% / 99%, and the cheapest pack stack to close the gap.
- A playable 9-tile board with visible rarities, free and paid refreshes, day advance and a running luck meter. Drop tables are community-captured and labeled as such.
New simulator: Journey of Light
- Project the rest of the event from your teams, days left and Pocket Watches — expected expeditions, treasures per tier (with the real 3-for-1 assembly odds) and the loot they contain.
- See which milestones you'll light, and price any milestone: extra teams (gems, or the Team 4 pack) first, then the Pocket Watches needed to cover the rest.
- A session simulator rolls real expedition drops and assembly outcomes so you can feel the variance.
New calculator: Hero Upgrade
- Add any heroes from the roster and plan their stars (six sub-steps each), level and six skills — the calculator totals the Rare / Epic / Mythic hero shards, exploration and expedition skill manuals and Hero XP needed, on verified cost tables.
- Skill caps follow the target star (Lv1 at 0★ up to Lv5 at 4★) and later skills unlock at 1★ / 2★, so you can't plan what the hero can't learn yet.
- Your general hero shards and Hero XP from the backpack count as owned, and the SvS Prep, KoI, Alliance Showdown and Moon Chief planners can now import the shard totals for their hero-ascension activities.
New simulator: RFC conversions
- Plan the week's Fire Crystal → Refined Fire Crystal conversions with the in-game tier odds (five tiers of 20, 20 → 160 FC) — expected RFC, FC cost and the cheapest placement of your daily half-price conversions, day by day.
- Fire Crystals on hand pre-fill from your backpack, with a “Max affordable” shortcut; then roll a simulated week to see how far a real run can swing from the average.
New calculator: March Formation
- Split your troops across up to 6 marches at the Infantry / Lancer / Marksman ratio you want — with Bear Hunt and Crazy Joe presets, per-march capacities, and the City Bonus deployment boost + Snow Ape Tumbling Power buffs applied to your cap.
- Choose an even composition in every march or fill marches in order, top up shortfalls with other troop types, and read the per-march breakdown, achieved ratio and unfilled capacity at a glance.
New calculator: VIP
- Pick your current VIP level, progress and target to see the VIP Points still needed (verified level table — 4.8M to VIP 12).
- The gap is priced three ways: gems bought outright (2 per point), consecutive daily logins from your current streak (200/day ramping to 500), and store packs — every price tier compared, cheapest marked, with optional pack-gem conversion.
New planner: Moon Chief (Moonlight Festival)
- Plan all 7 stages of the Moonlight Festival's Moon Chief event — Power Boost, Beast Slay, Hero Development, Train Troops, Hero Gear, Gather Resources and Chief Gear — with verified point values and High/Medium/Low value badges per activity.
- Pre-fills speedups, Essence Stones, Widgets and Chief Gear steps from your saved calculator plans, and shows the resources the plan needs against your backpack.
- Milestone thresholds scale with your account level in this event, so set your own target score from the in-game milestone list.
Manage or cancel your subscription
- Paid plans now show a “Manage or cancel” button on your Profile that opens the secure Stripe billing portal — update your card, view invoices, or cancel (cancelling keeps access until the end of the current period).
Building calculator: correct Fire Crystal sub-level costs
- Fire Crystal sub-levels now follow the in-game naming (FC1-1…FC1-4 lead to FC2), so a climb like FC5 → FC6 costs exactly the verified FC6 tier total — previously the five steps were attached to the wrong tier and ranges came out underpriced (especially Refined Fire Crystals).
- Plans saved with the old whole-tier calculator are automatically upgraded to the new ladder — if your targets showed up as odd low levels like “Lv 7”, they'll read FC7 again.
- Fixed Infirmary FC6 Refined Fire Crystal cost (13 → 12, per the community sheet's own totals).
New Plus plan
- Added a Plus plan between Free and Pro — ad-free with gift-code auto-redeem and higher monthly limits, at a lower price than Pro.
- See the Pricing page to compare tiers.
WOS Assistant now speaks 13 languages
- Added English, French, Chinese, Russian, Dutch, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Korean, Turkish, Japanese, Indonesian and Italian — pick your language from the globe icon in the top bar.
- Each language has its own web address for better search visibility (e.g. /fr for French), and Arabic reads right-to-left.
- The navigation, home dashboard, calculators list, sign-in pages and resource names are translated; the rest of the app is being translated and shows English until then.
Verified data everywhere + exclusive weapons + more
- Every calculator now runs on verified data — the Experts calculator was rebuilt with each expert's real affinity curve, sigil milestones and all four Dawn Academy skills, and building base levels 1–30 are now verified for every building (Embassy and Command Center included).
- Hero Gear gains the exclusive weapon: plan its 10 widget levels per hero, record it on the Heroes page, and the Gear-screen import reads it automatically.
- Event planners: tap a reward-milestone chip (SvS Prep and Alliance Showdown) to set your target, and Alliance Showdown now includes the Refined Fire Crystal action.
- A full data audit also fixed a handful of values in pets, War Academy and event points.
Mark recommendations done, better navigation & offline
- Recommendation cards that cost resources now show the amounts and a 'Mark done' button that deducts them from your backpack.
- The sidebar stays put while you scroll, opens with your profile (with Profile settings and Log out up top), and guests get a Sign in button in the top bar.
- Pages you've visited now work offline, and the pricing page lists every plan benefit — including push notifications, auto-redeem and ad-free.
Building calculator: Fire Crystal sub-levels
- Fire Crystal upgrades now plan by sub-level (FC2, FC2-1 … FC2-4) instead of whole tiers, so you can cost a partial upgrade like FC2-3 → FC5-1 precisely.
- Each tier is 5 equal sub-levels split from the verified per-tier total, so full-tier totals are unchanged.
Building calculator: base levels 1–30
- The Building calculator now covers the full path — base levels 1–30 plus Fire Crystal levels — for the Furnace, the three troop Camps, and the Infirmary.
- Base-level costs are community-sourced estimates (the Fire Crystal levels stay verified); the other buildings remain Fire-Crystal-only for now.
Rebuilt Building calculator
- The Building calculator now uses per-building cards (current → target), shows each building's prerequisites, and pre-fills your current Fire Crystal levels from your saved buildings.
- Added a Refined Fire Crystal (RFC) note: higher Fire Crystal upgrades (FC6+) cost RFC, which is capped at 100 per week — so plan those around the weekly exchange.
Smarter recommendations
- Your home recommendations now factor in your saved loadout — current chief gear & charms, War Academy, hero gear, pet levels, and Fire Crystal buildings — so they can flag what's lagging and what to upgrade next, not just what to buy.
Push notifications
- Turn on push notifications from your profile to get pinged when new gift codes drop, when your recommendations refresh, and before scheduled events — with a 'Send test' button to check it works.
- Works on installable/PWA and supported browsers; you can turn it off anytime.
Save your Fire Crystal buildings
- Record each Fire Crystal building's current FC level per account — set them on the Heroes page, or upload each building's info screenshot and we'll read the building and its FC level automatically.
- Saved building levels pre-fill the Building calculator's current side when this account is active.
Pets: save them + a per-pet calculator
- Record each pet's level and skill per account — type them in on the Heroes page, or upload each pet's detail screenshot and we'll read the pet, its level and its skill automatically.
- The Pet calculator is now per-pet: add your pets and plan each one's current → target level (costed by its rarity), with your saved pets pre-filling the current side.
New: Experts calculator
- Plan your Experts — add any expert and set each one's relationship (affinity) and skill levels; totals sum across all of them.
- See the affinity, Expert Sigils, Books of Knowledge and learning time you need, plus the affinity total broken into Sail of Conquest / Fiery Heart / Compass gifts.
- Note: the cost numbers are placeholder sample data for now (flagged in-app) — they'll be replaced with verified values.
Save your War Academy progress
- Record each troop type's current expert-skill levels — type them in on the Heroes page or upload a War Academy → Research screenshot per troop type to read them automatically.
- Your saved levels pre-fill the War Academy calculator's current side, and the calculator now shows the correct per-troop-type skill names (Flame / Blazing / Crystal).
Backpack & Heroes shortcuts
- Backpack and Heroes now have their own sidebar entries and quick-access icons in the header, next to the account switcher.
- The Loadout page is renamed Heroes to match the in-game naming.
Optional: exact charm levels
- Your Chief Profile screenshot still fills gear + a best-effort charm level in one shot.
- For exact charms, there's now an optional import from the Chief Gear → Charm Upgrades screen (numeric levels) that overrides the guesses — one screenshot per piece.
War Academy by troop type
- The War Academy calculator now has Infantry / Lancer / Marksman tabs — plan each troop type's expert skills separately.
- The total materials sum across all three tabs.
More accurate loadout scans
- Charm levels are now read using the in-game Charm Guide as a visual reference, so screenshot import is much more accurate.
- Hero gear Mithril empowerment is only counted for legendary (red) pieces.
Save your hero gear
- The Loadout page now records each hero's gear — add a hero (or upload their Gear screen) and set forging + mithril per piece.
- Saved hero gear pre-fills the Hero Gear calculator's current levels.
Plan hero gear for multiple heroes
- The Hero Gear calculator now plans several heroes at once — tap “Add hero”, pick from the roster, and set each one's forging + mithril targets.
- Totals sum across every hero you add.
Save your chief gear & charms
- Record each account's current chief gear tiers and charm levels on the new Loadout page — type them in or upload a Chief Profile screenshot to pre-fill.
- Your saved loadout pre-fills the Chief Gear & Charms calculators' current levels automatically.
Alliance auto-redeem (Elite)
- Elite leaders can keep a roster of up to 100 alliance members and bulk-redeem every active code for all of them.
- Add members by Furnace ID on the new Alliance page; codes redeem automatically (daily) or with one click.
Auto-redeem gift codes (Pro & Elite)
- New public codes are sourced automatically, and paid plans can auto-redeem every active code for all their characters — captcha solving included.
- Turn it on under Profile → Plan, or hit “Redeem all now” on the Gift Codes page.

- Guides are tagged with a color-coded difficulty badge and an icon.
Real resource icons
- Calculators, planners and the backpack now show the real in-game item icons for meat, wood, coal, iron, fire crystals and more.
