Hall of Chiefs

Hall of Chiefs is a new-state event: it runs roughly every 14 days in a state's early life, then stops for good once the state moves on to its later events. Each run is split into daily stages — one theme per day — and you score points for doing that day's kind of activity: building, training, upgrading heroes or gear, and so on.

How long it runs

The first three runs in a state last 5, 6, 7 days — each a day longer than the last. The 7-day version runs these stages:

DayStage
1Power Boost
2Hero Development
3Train Troops
4Resource Gathering or Charm Upgrade (sources differ — check the in-game event)
5Power Boost
6Chief Gear Upgrade
7Hero Development

Two of the stages appear twice (Power Boost and Hero Development). Sources disagree on what Day 4 is, so check the in-game event before you plan for it.

Two leaderboards

  • Stage ranking — a daily board that resets when the stage changes. It only counts the points from the current stage.
  • Total ranking — the sum of your points across every stage of the run.

Both pay rewards, so a big push on the one stage that suits you can earn stage rewards even if you aren't near the top overall.

Troop training points

Training troops scores per troop, by tier — and the jump between tiers is large. A T10 troop is worth 1,960 points, more than 21 times a T1 (90):

Troop tierPoints per troop trained
T190
T2120
T3180
T4265
T5385
T6595
T7830
T81,130
T91,485
T101,960
T112,520

The Troop Training calculator shows the Hall of Chiefs points for any training plan — enter your camps and it adds them up.

Saving up for the right stage

The whole event rewards timing: points only count toward the stage that is running when you earn them. So:

  1. Hold your speedups and materials for their stage. Building speedups belong on a Power Boost day, training speedups on Train Troops day, hero shards on Hero Development day.
  2. Plan the overlap. Power Boost and Hero Development each come twice in the 7-day run — split your stockpile so you don't spend everything on the first one.
  3. Line up big actions — a building upgrade or a large training batch — so they finish inside the matching stage.
